North Natomas Meeting RoomJoin us for a 6-week series of the low-impact, gentle martial art known as Tai Chi. REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
This slow-moving form of exercise and meditation offers many benefits, including enhanced flexibility, balance, and strength. Open to all experience levels.
- Led by skilled instructor, Tav Byerhoff
- Wear comfortable clothing and bring your own water bottle
- Must sign waiver to participate
- May come to one, some, or all of the sessions
- Class not being held July 4th

The North Natomas Library shares a parking lot with the ARC Natomas Center and Inderkum High School. It features a reservable meeting room, 3 study rooms, 1 quiet room, and a designated teen space.
