South Natomas Meeting RoomA non-clinical creative wellness workshop for adults that uses LEGO® bricks as a hands-on tool to support stress regulation.
Registration is required to attend. We can accommodate up to 20 participants in each workshop.
Brick by Brick is a non-clinical creative wellness workshop for adults that uses LEGO® bricks as a hands-on tool to support stress regulation, emotional grounding, and reflection.
Designed for adults experiencing burnout, grief, or major life transitions, the program offers a calm, low-pressure environment where participants engage in simple building activities and optional storytelling prompts.
No prior LEGO or creative experience is required, and all materials are provided.
The workshop is facilitated by the author of Brick by Brick — Rebuilding Through Play (with LEGO® Bricks), a reflective guide that explores how hands-on play and narrative practices can support emotional well-being in adults. Copies of the book are available for participants to take home, with special thanks to the Friends of the South Natomas Library.
