Cook the Book: Aloha Kitchen

Join us for a cooking demonstration and learn how to make Soy-Glazed Spam Musubi from "Aloha Kitchen" by Alana Kysar.

All ingredients and supplies will be provided. Participants will be able to sample the dish. Adults and teens welcome! Presented in partnership with YMCA of Superior California.

Soy-Glazed Spam Musubi (pg. 90) ingredients:

• Soy sauce
• Light brown sugar
• Mirin (optional)
• Neutral oil
• Spam less sodium
• Sushi nori
• Furikake
• Short-grain rice 

Participants will receive a copy of "Aloha Kitchen." Must check in with staff upon arrival to receive your copy.
