Join us for a journaling program with Dr. Nena Larieze.
Join us for "Journaling for Health and Wellness," led by local creative writing specialist, Dr. Nena Larieze. In this 1.5 hour program, you will explore artistic methods of decompression through self-expression, poetry, meditation, and art. Themes of emotional intelligence and resilience, through the lens of healthy aging, will be explored through reflective prompts and journaling activities to liberate, empower, and heal. Attendees will receive a journaling kit to continue practice beyond the workshop. Beginner and experienced writers are welcome.
If you attended the journaling program led by Dr. Larieze last summer, this program will have fresh prompts and new perspectives to keep the experience exciting, meaningful, and just as fun as ever. Each session is unique, so there's always something new to explore!
