Life After High School
Meal Planning
Saturday, November 14
3:00pm - 5:00pm
Teens are invited to join us for a series of free workshops aimed to bolster important life skills (i.e. personal finance, health, safety) needed for Life After High School. Each session is different.
For this session of our Life After High School series, join us for a free cooking workshop from Stacey Ring, a clinical nutritionist based in the Elk Grove area. Stacey will lead a cooking demonstration and teach the group how to make some budget-friendly meals, as well as educate the group about meal planning and prep. Attendees will get to try any food made, and may try their hand at some cooking skills.
Registration is required to attend this series of workshops, but drop-ins that day of the program are still welcome.
