Dylan Hollis for a lively conversation celebrating his love of vintage recipes, culinary history, and the wonderfully strange world of baking from the past. Known for bringing forgotten recipes back to life with his signature humor and infectious enthusiasm, Hollis has built a massive following by exploring the good, the bad, and the truly bizarre dishes tucked away in old cookbooks.
In conversation with Benjy Egel of PBS's Abridged, Hollis will reflect on his unexpected journey from online creator to bestselling cookbook author, the stories behind his favorite vintage recipes, and what he has learned from baking his way through decades of culinary history.
