This two-hour workshop invites participants to explore photography as a tool for mindfulness, encouraging them to slow down and observe the world with greater presence and intention.
· This two-hour workshop invites participants to explore photography as a tool for mindfulness, encouraging them to slow down and observe the world with greater presence and intention.
· Attendees will learn simple mindfulness exercises designed to enhance their ability to be fully present. These exercises will serve as a foundation for discovering how photography can capture the extraordinary in the ordinary.
· Participants will engage in a supervised photo walk, applying the mindfulness techniques to their photography practice. They will explore the library’s surrounding environment, finding beauty in overlooked details and everyday scenes.
· The session will conclude with a time of discussion and reflection and an optional Q&A with Enoch.

The Belle Cooledge Library is in the Land Park community next to Belle Cooledge Park and across the street from the Belle Cooledge Community Center. It features a reservable meeting room and electric vehicle charging stations.
