Visit the HRS mobile unit in the parking lot for free resources and services.
Harm Reduction Services will be at the North Highlands-Antelope Library on select Wednesdays from 3:30-4:15pm to offer the following services:
- Rapid HIV and HCV testing
- Syringe exchange program
- Naloxone distribution (injectable and nasal) & training
- Safer sex supplies
- Safer use kits
All services will be offered free of charge and no insurance is needed.
