Learn about the importance of bats in our environment! Live bats will be present for viewing and discussion.
Northern California Bats is a wildlife rescue organization that offers exciting, informative lectures on bats to libraries! These are live, in-person presentations that educate communities about the environmental benefits of bats, with the aim of dispelling the fears and myths that surround these animals. NorCal Bats will also provide a viewing and discussion of live California native species of bats. Come and learn about bats with us! This program is provided in part through the generosity of the Friends of the Library.
