Read classic books slowly and meet to discuss the scheduled reading along the way.
Ceremony by Leslie Marmon Silko (1977) is a parallel story about a World War II veteran who returns after the war and an earlier tale of the Pueblo nation. We will read it in two parts:
November 8, pages 1 – 120 (end “…as they become plants in the field.”)
November 22, pages 121 – end
Please register for the Zoom if you wish to join in the discussion virtually.
