Library Insiders is a program that provides opportunities for teens and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to become familiar with library resources and facilities, to feel comfortable using the library, and to feel confident interacting with staff.

On 6th Street of Rio Linda, Rio Linda Library is located near multiple schools. The Library has a seed library, cake pan collection and a gender-neutral restroom.
