Learn how to start plants from seeds with the Citrus Heights Water District!
Come join the Citrus Heights Water District’s Garden Corps and UC Master Gardener Ruth Ostroff for a hands-on seed starting class! Early spring is the perfect time for seed starting and garden planning. Course participants will plant alongside the instructors and leave the class with two newly started plants. Then, discover how these seed starting techniques can be used for other plants. Participants will also learn about vegetables, flowers, and herbs to plant in the spring season. All materials will be provided.
Note: This event will be filmed by the Citrus Heights Water District.
