Cook the Book: Aloha Kitchen

Join us for a cooking demonstration and learn how to make Spam Fried Rice from "Aloha Kitchen" by Alana Kysar.

All ingredients and supplies will be provided. Participants will be able to sample the dish. Adults and teens welcome! Presented in partnership with YMCA of Superior California. 

Limited enrollment. Please register using the form. 

Spam Fried Rice (pg. 89) ingredients:

• Short grain rice
• Sesame oil
• Neutral oil 
• Spam less sodium
• Maui or yellow onion
• Green onion
• Garlic
• Soy sauce
• Oyster sauce
• Worcestershire sauce
• Eggs

Participants will receive a copy of "Aloha Kitchen." Must check in with staff upon arrival to receive your copy.
