Cook the Book: Aloha Kitchen

Join us for a cooking demonstration and learn how to make Cone Sushi from "Aloha Kitchen" by Alana Kysar.

All ingredients and supplies will be provided. Participants will be able to sample the dish. Adults and teens welcome! Presented in partnership with YMCA of Superior California. 

Limited enrollment. Please register using the form. 

Cone Sushi (pg. 51) ingredients:

• Short grain rice
• Carrot 
• Rice vinegar
• Sugar
• Kosher salt
• Bean curds
• Dashi granules
• Mirin
• Sake 
• Soy sauce 

Participants will receive a copy of "Aloha Kitchen." Must check in with staff upon arrival to receive your copy.
