Robbie Waters Pocket-Greenhaven Meeting RoomJoin us for a 10-week series of the low-impact, gentle martial art known as Tai Chi. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
Tai Chi is a slow-moving form of exercise and meditation that offers many benefits, including enhanced flexibility, balance, and strength. Here at Robbie Waters Pocket Greenhaven library, we will be offering several of these sessions which are open to all experience levels. However, registration is required so please make sure to secure a spot if you wish to participate. Each of these sessions will be led by a skilled instructor named Tav Byerhoff.
Things to Know:
- To participate you will be requested to sign a waiver
- Participation is flexible. You may come to one, some, or all of the sessions but you will need to register for each individual listing.
- Registration doesn't guarantee a spot. We recommend arriving early.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own water bottle to each session! We hope to see you there! This program is supported by the Friends of the Sacramento Public Library.

The Robbie Waters Pocket-Greenhaven Library is located on Gloria Drive and shares a parking lot with the School of Engineering and Sciences Middle/High School. It has 2 study rooms, a seed library, a gender-neutral restroom, and houses the browsable cake pan library. It has a reservable meeting room.
