Free Tax Assistance by Appointment

Sacramento Public Library is working with AARP Foundation Tax-Aide to offer the community tax preparation assistance lead by IRS-certified volunteers. This free tax assistance is set to be offered at the Robbie Waters Pocket-Greenhaven Library (7335 Gloria DR, Sacramento, CA, 95831). Services will be available on Wednesdays from February 4 through April 8, 2026, between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Appointments are required for all tax assistance sessions. You do not need to be an AARP member to receive help.

The Robbie Waters Pocket-Greenhaven Library is located on Gloria Drive and shares a parking lot with the School of Engineering and Sciences Middle/High School. It has 2 study rooms, a seed library, a gender-neutral restroom, and houses the browsable cake pan library. It has a reservable meeting room.
